СМС пришло сообщение о том, что могу забрать свой заказ из постамата (номер 6525). Бокс открылся, а внутри ПУСТО. Позвонил в CDEK, не отходя от постамата, обещали разобраться и перезвонить. Пошел второй день, никто не звонит. Нет ни товара, ни денег, ни звонков от CDEK. Буду возвращать деньги через суд.

Добрый день. Попросите у отправителя обратиться в СДЭК, в филиал где у них заключен договор, чтобы они составили претензию. Это значительно ускорит рассмотрение. Спасибо.

CDEK, почему мой заказ из Москвы в Москву едет уже 7 дней и конца его путешествию не видно? 19.11 посылка пришла к вам, в тот же день отправлена в "транзитный город" (какой еще транзитный город, если отправка из одного района Москвы в другой?!), и тогда же там принята. Потом становится интереснее - 20.11 она отправляется в город получателя, при этом следующим уведомлением снова оказывается в транзитном городе и третьим уведомлением за этот же день она "принята в городе получателя". Казалось бы - вот оно счастье, сейчас придет уведомление, что можно забрать или позвонит курьер! Ага... Так проходит 4 (ЧЕТЫРЕ, КАРЛ!) дня, от ТК ни слова, ни уведомления, и 24 числа появляется статус "в транзитном городе"... Это как вообще понимать? Где посылка была 4 дня? Ок, 25.11 вечером звоню по вашему телефону, сначала пытаюсь боту объяснить что мне нужно, произношу волшебную фразу "ХОЧУ ОПЕРАТОРА!", но... ни одного свободного оператора у вас нет! Все, видимо, заняты объяснением где посылка звонящего. Оставляю обратный звонок на сайте и получаю уведомление "ответим в течение 24 часов". Вы что - издеваетесь? Как вы обещаете в расчете на сайте сделать перевозку по Москве за 1-2 дня, если вы просто перезваниваете клиенту в течение суток?! Кстати, в отслеживании доставки на сайте до сих пор стоит дата 25.11 (пишу 26.11 в 14:40). Я такую "доставку" еще и оплатить должен буду?
