Сегодня в 3-й раз зашёл, очередь из 5 человек, дистанция никто и не думал соблюдать. Сидит какая-то тётка, разговаривает по телефону, вместо того, чтобы сначала очередь обслужить и отпустить((( Второй сотрудник как всегда курит у входа... Плюнул и не стал ждать. Обидно. Сегодня последний день хранения((( И да, попробовал перезвонить из дома, к телефону тоже не подходят. Короче, та ещё контора((( Буду писать жалобу в головной СДЕК.

Петр, добрый день! Спасибо за Ваш отзыв. Все ваши замечания учтены и будут устранятся. По поводу звонков в наш офис, сотрудники иногда действительно не успевают отвечать на звонки, потому что звонят со всей России и по вопросам совсем не относящимся к нашему ПВЗ, мы обязаны отвечать на любой входящий звонок. Но, что бы решить эту проблему, мы специально подключили аутсорс колл-центр, телефон указан на сайте СДЭК, +7 (929)515-49-16. Ужасная компания! Мне везли посылку вместо трёх дней две недели. Только потому что они звонят в день доставки и нужно все бросить и ехать на адрес куда должен привезти курьер. Или что нибудь ещё! Дни получения они не всегда подтверждают. Нервы мне потрепали изрядно. В итоге отправили на самовывоз по району. И то пришла в десять утра стояло уже пять человек. Приёмщик один. Спасибо что хоть быстро работал. Самая ужасная курьерская компания что я встречала! Отзыв больше негде оставить потому что на сайте вкладка обратная связь не работает.

Прочитал предыдущие отзывы, насторожился, но придя в субботу в 2 часа дня увидел всего одного человека в очереди. Обслуживали два оператора, общее время ожидания не более 5 минут.
