На Почте России более вежливые сотрудники, чем здесь. Сидит откровенная хамка, с недовольным видом лопает шарики на оберточном полиэтелене. Я понимаю конец вечера и от клиентов вероятно тошнит, но так переходить на личности как здесь - это просто не в какие рамки. Очень много интересного узнала о себе в этот вечер и о моей работе и моих нервах, грозились даже психушку мне вызвать, когда попросила фамилию назвать. В итоге мне сказали "идите отсюда". Услугами СДЭК больше пользоваться нет желания.

Ужасное отношение к клиентам, кормят какими-то сказками, что посылку забрал курьер, то просто вынес какой-то непонятный человек. Каждый день новая сказка... КАК ЭТО ПОНИМАТЬ??? КАК КАКОЙ-ТО ЧЕЛОВЕК МОЖЕТ ВЫНЕСТИ МОЮ ПОСЫЛКУ??? Закрадывается тогда такой вопрос, КАК ВЫ РАБОТАЕТЕ??? После нескольких дней "сказок на ночь" просто берут и ставят, что моя посылка вручена, хотя ее не забирали.

Качество обслуживания ниже плинтуса. Приехал в отделение в 19-30. В очереди был 12й. Очередь на улице под дождем. За 30 минут было обслужено всего 2 клиента. Второй обслуженный вышел в 20-00, сообщив, что обслуживают еще одного клиента и на этом все. Из отделения ни кто не вышел и даже не предупредил, что очередь не занимать.

Сервис ужасный. Посылки застревают на одном перевалочном пункте по 2 недели. На горячую линию не дозвонится от слова СОВСЕМ!!! Не сервис, а г..но. Никому не советую.

Часто пользовались услугами и было все ок, до последнего раза, отправляли посылку 2 места Новосибирск - Балашиха, сроки по доставке задержали и потеряли 1 место! А там 20 кг вещей! Пишу тут в надежде, что это ускорит поиски.
