Сотрудница Татьяна оформляла возврат 6 июня в пять часов вечера. Грубит клиентам, на все вопросы отвечает вопросом: «И?!» Зачем она там тогда работает, если ничего не знает и грубит впридачу.

Позвонили, обещали привезти на следующий день. «Ждите с 10 до 18» — уже говорит многое об отношении к клиенту.Просидел весь день дома — тишина. Дозвониться до них нереально. Заказал обратный звонок. Перезвонили через полчаса — никто ко мне ехать не собирался, ни одного разумного ответа дать не могут, гарантировать доставку в другой день не могут. Почему никто не предупредил об отмене доставки — не знают. НИЧЕГО НЕ МОГУТ! Совок! Сотрудники в итоге просто бросают трубку.Единственный ответ — си дите в другой день опять ждите весь день.
