Не советую, посылка пришла 1 мая, так и не доставили. Трубки не берут, если и берут хамят и шлют. Почта России в сто раз лучше

работаем со сдэк уже несколько лет по договору и произошла ситуация - из-за слишком долгой доставки, клиенту пришел заказ слишком поздно, он его не стал забирать. Без уведомления и предупреждения мне отправили посылку обратно, я не стала ее забирать, потому что мне она тоже уже не нужна. Но в письмах пишут и говорят по телефону, что я обязана заплатить за доставку еще раз, потому что посылку вернули. я не просила возвращать посылку, это было самовольное решение фирмы. По телефону мне сказали, что назначат мне личного менеджера и он перезвонит через 15 минут, никто не перезвонил. По телефону менеджеры отказались решить этот вопрос
