Неправильно указан режим работы, в воскресенье НЕ РАБОТАЕТ! Фото прикладываю

Здравствуйте, Кристина! Спасибо, что сообщили об этом. Офис, действительно, не работает в воскресенье. В справочник внесла изменения в режим работы. В онлайн-версии 2ГИС данные обновятся в ближайшее время. В мобильной - через 2 недели. Надеемся, что данный факт не повлияет на Ваше дальнейшее сотрудничество с нашей компанией. Вообщем о компании: доставка отвратительная задержка ужасная и никто ничего не знает, из Москвы в Московскую область (30 км от МКАД ) неделя, предложил им сам забрать, говорят уже нельзя вам его не отдадут,

Здравствуйте, Дмитрий. Уточните, пожалуйста, куда Вы ранее обращались за консультацией: в наш контактный центр или в конкретный офис? Бот действует по принципу мессенджера. Сообщение отправляется по номеру телефона, указанному в качестве контактного, при учете, что в мобильном устройстве, где этот номер используется, установлен ВК-агент. Если для Вас этот способ оповещения неудобен, Вы можете его запретить в настройках приватности ВК-аккаунта. В этом случае уведомления будут поступать в другие мессенджеры, в том числе в WhatsApp или в Viber. Подскажите, пожалуйста, номера накладных, по которым произошла задержка доставки - проверим, почему так вышло. (Диана Соломина, менеджер по работе с медиаресурсами)
