отвратительно, хуже чем на почте. раньше спокойно получали посылки по чужому паспорту, а сейчас, когда половина людей не может выйти из дома без справки они требуют наличие человека. в итоге связались с магазином, чтобы они поменяли получателя, магазин в процессе разговора все изменил, а в Сдэке приходиться стоять с двумя паспортами ЧАС!!! хоспади, вот куда делась старая добрая почта России, которая сейчас выдаёт без паспорта по быстрой выдачи через смс код. з.ы. в итоге так за час и не отдали, до единой справочной дозвониться невозможно, 10 минут музыки и рассказов, а потом "извините, мы перегружены". очень разочарован, больше никогда не буду пользоваться, при наличии другого выбора

Здравствуйте, Алексей. Меня зовут Анна. Действительно, мы выдаем посылки по документу, удостоверяющему личность. Так мы исключаем возможность выдать посылку мошенникам, так как случаи выдачи посылок мошенникам уже были в нашей практике. Также, Вы верно заметили, что получателя мы можем изменить только с согласия плательщика по накладной. Так как одна из наших ценностей звучит как "Становимся лучше" , я направила Ваше предложение об усовершенствовании процедуры выдачи посылок на рассмотрение. У Вас остался неприятный опыт, поэтому Вы решили больше не работать с нашей компанией. Это Ваше право, которое мы уважаем. Тем не менее надеемся, что в будущем Вы дадите нам шанс показать себя с лучшей стороны.

Отличный сервис, хорошие сотрудники, жалко что хоть и в Москве, но за мкадом и там реже забирают посылки

Да конечно, это не круто, Новокосино это Москва но за мкадом и поэтому как бы не Москва
