Судя по фотографиям, которые были прикреплены в Вашей претензии, вложение было упаковано в картон и дополнительно обмотано было пленкой. Верно? Так же уточните, пожалуйста, акт о несоответствии был составлен с сотрудниками нашего офиса? (Мария Гусева, менеджер по работе с медиаресурсами)

Да ваши сотрудники присутствовали и видели эту картину они мне сказали чтоб я жалобу написал и все и мне дали ручку и бумагу и все

Коробка упаковочная была целая и обмотка была но при получении коробка разорвана и мебель в нем с битами царапинам

Здравствуйте! Подскажите, пожалуйста, в какую стоимость Вы оцениваете ущерб? Для рассмотрения претензии также потребуется документ подтверждающий стоимость. Могли бы направить информацию на почту seti@cdek.ru, в теме письма укажите номер накладной и кодовое слово «2ГИС». По Регламенту нашей компании мебель может отправляться только в обрешетке.
