Очень плохое обслуживание. Приехали купить кухонный стол, ждали 15 минут, после чего нам сообщили, в связи с большой занятостью склада, стол нам предоставят в течении дня, это как?

Сегодняшний конфликт изменил все мнение о кастораме! Так как работаю в сфере строительства , часто заезжал в кастораме в Щелково. Сегодня так же приобрел плитку , не в малом объеме. Пришлось конечно подождать часика полтора но и это не страшно. После того как плитку доставили к воротам обратился с просьбой воспользоваться рохлей для погрузки , так как плитки не мало и запакована,.на что татуированный начальник охраны или кто бы там он ни был сказал , рохлю не предоставит и забирай плитку как тебе угодно. Так как всё было оплачено пришлось распаковывать и под сотню коробок в ручную тоскать. Не в одном из магазинов такого не человеческого отношения не встречал.

17.07.2018 заказал три банки Пинотекс ультра тиковое дерево, в наличии, судя по сайту и оставалось всего три. Перезвонил сам, уточнил о наличии, попросил отложить, сказали, что отложили и в наличии есть. Предупредил, что подъедет жена. В итоге, втюхали три банки пинотекс классик тиковое дерево, хорошо проинструктировал жену, чтоб перепроверила. Вот такой у Вас сервис. Так, для сведения, Пинотекс ультра отличается от Пинотекс классик сроком защиты и ценой соответственно. Итог -потраченный зря бензин и испорченное впечатление о магазине.
