Отношение к клиентам - никакое. Вызвала сантехника, два раза ждала - не пришел. Первый раз перезвонили, второй раз тишина. Не рекомендую!

21.12.2015г. сделали заказ No. 201512212719 с запчастями для душевой кабины. Оплатили сразу по б/н.. Отправили заказ СПСР , из которой позвонили и сказали, чтобы сами забрали свою посылку из ОС, т.к. они не имеют курьеров. После "разъяснений" кто они такие и за что берут 850 руб., через день приехал курьер(очевидно муж одной из работниц) и привез посылку . Из этого следует, что КАПМОРГАН выбирает не совем правильных партнеров по доставке. Но на этом не закончилось. При вскрытии посылки оказалось КАПМОРГАН сделал пересортицу и вместо указанного по артикулам наименования, прислал другие: например : 1.Смеситель Sx 3/100 для душевой кабины на 3 положения 100мм(хомут), прислали 120мм с другими ручками; 2. Лампа крыши led для душевой кабины, прислали обычную лампочку; 3.Декоративная накладка на крышу душевой кабины никелированная, прислали обычные по 50руб. 4. Силикон прозрачный, а прислали белый Отправил письмо , чтобы вернули на счет деньги и забрали не кондицию. Пока денег нет. Покупатели я проинформирую на этом и других сайтах в отзывах о КАПМОРГАН о данном случае и чем закончилась ситуация. А пока будьте бдительны о работе с этой компанией. Ведут себя как мошенники. Не заказывайте у них.

Вернули деньги ,попросили вернуть наш товар ,вы вернули а в каком виде ? Пишите такие громкие слова ,а сами ,потребовали всю сумму вернуть ,за товар который вы сами разломали и поцарапали , и то не все вернули ,так что за вранье можно понести ответственность !
