Обслуживание как лет 15 назад на рынке было: продавец Курбатова Наталья Николаевна довольно навязчива, тыкала моему мужу, который помогал выбирать ("Ты сиди, мы сами всё предложим!") Колхоз, да и только... Когда я купила одни леггинсы (2899₽), она разозлилась. Стала навязчиво требовать, чтобы я взяла ещё утепленные, которые тоже мерила, ведь скоро холодно (я сказала, что мало хожу по улице), ведь придется мне колготы под штаны поддевать (какие ещё колготы... колхозище). Несколько раз говорили с мужем, что ничего больше не нужно, но она стала агрессивной (нет возьмите, вы же мерили, вам нормально, потом вернете, возьмите носки и т д). Наконец-то пробила чек и неприветливо попрощалась.

Один консультант подобрала 10 пар носков и заявила, мол 999р за всё. Стоя в очереди подумал, что это слишком хорошо, чтобы быть правдой, но тем не менее. Когда подошла моя очередь, как и ожидалось, условия акции резко поменялись. Теперь пара стоила 399р и каждая четвертая должна была быть бесплатной. Все как и всегда, в принципе, но зачем вводить в заблуждение? Отказался от покупки. Подробная клиентоориентированность раздражает.
