Мужская стрижка ужасная! Мастер Екатерина мне не понравилась (настроение плохое и формальные подход). Переходы с «под ноль» до более длинных волос не плавные, ступенчатые. Ножницы тупые - «тянут» волосы. Не рекомендую.

Салон отличный, но ставлю 3 звезды администраторам, работают ужасно!!! Записалась на педикюр, постоянная клиентка салона. Утром в день записи позвонила сказала, что приду, но возможно задержусь минут на 10. Ответили ничего страшного. Перенесла и увеличила время обеда с отработкой. В итоге пришла, а на моё назначенное время, уже пригласили другого клиента и сказали, что она придёт через 2 минуты. В итоге осталась без педикюра. Не очень хороший осадок остался, надо искать другой салон, где клиентов ценят и дорожат каждым... До этого администратором работала Валентина, такого ни когда не было. Мастера девочки работают отлично, к ним ни каких притензий, для них 5 звезд. А вот администратор "лицо салона"....

Пришла к ним в первый раз. Вначале сказали, что кто я такая и записи у них моей нет. Показала сообщение с предложенным переносом даты и временем, в подтверждение своих слов, оказалось, что они меня забыли записать. Стали предлагать окошки через неделю. Расстроило меня такое отношение к клиенту и путаница в их же дневнике для записи.
