Сделка была очень тяжелая (продавал и одновременно покупал квартиру). Все документы подготовили с максимальной скоростью, все объяснили, проблем не было. Работал с агентом Алексеем и юристом Александрой, все было четко.

Здравствуйте. Посоветовали через знакомых агента Викторию. У меня была довольно. Проблемная продажа: ипотечная квартира. Очень быстро Виктория нашла покупателя и очень очень быстро, без проблем организовала весь процесс. Сделка и оформление прошли быстро и без проволочек, все было организовано фактически без моего прямого участия. Мне оставалось лишь представить необходимые документы и информацию, со всеми участниками банком, и покупателем Виктория согласовала и решила все вопросы самостоятельно. Сделка заняла не более часа. Очень приятно было работать с данным агентством и выражаю особую благодарность агенту. Настоятельно чем рекомендую.

Год назад мы с женой купили первую нашу квартиру в п.Лесной. С выбором очень помог риэлтор Алексей Архаров, котрому удалось учесть наши финансовые возможности и найти для нас самый лучший вариант. Так как мы не были знакомы с посёлком, Алексей всё о нём рассказал и показал. Понравилось, что Алексей в общении тактичен и не навязчив, говорит всё по делу и как оно есть. В грамотном оформлении сделки нам помогла юрист Александра, за это ей отдельное спасибо. Мы очень довольны и квартирой и посёлком :)
