Раньше было лучше. Сейчас завтраки без души, блинчики синтетические, молоко в кофе самое дешевое. На вопрос, какой кофе я хочу к завтраку, я ответил капучино. Вуаля: +180 рублей к чеку. «Потому что к завтраку идет другой капуччино, а вы попросили средний». Так предупреждать надо, не? Не стал спорить и доказывать, проще больше сюда не ходить.

День добрый. Спасибо за Ваш отзыв. Позвольте ответить на ваши недовольства. Определить степень душевности завтраков для нас несколько затруднительно, как говориться, чужая душа потемки. Рецептура блинов не менялась с открытия, как, в общем, то и ингредиенты для самих блинов. Синтетику не используем по определению, не знаем, что это такое. Завидуем Вашим органолептическим талантам, определять стоимость молока по вкусу. Для справки, мы используем молоко «Молочная Речка для капучино» 3,5% жирности. К сет-завтраку в нашей кофейне бесплатно подаются напитки определенного объема, если Вы сами попросили напиток большего объема, то за него необходимо заплатить отдельно. Если это была ошибка кассира, то Вам бы убрали этот напиток из чека и за него заплатил бы кассир. Любые недоразумения такого плана решается путем диалога с кассиром. Надеемся на понимание и будем рады видеть Вас снова.
