Хамство административных сотрудников! Не советую ........ Дополняю отзыв ответом на вопрос «что случилось?» Вы считаете, что конкуренты общаются с вашими клиентами и стараются испортить вам бизнес? После такого «ответа» на негативный комментарий меня уже не удивляет, что ваши сотрудники хамят. Я искала массажиста и звонила во все салоны, которые выдала карта по данному запросу. И только в этом мне вместо «рады вас слышать, что вы хотели» с первых слов начали Разговаривать на повышенных тонах и позже перешли на крик : «что надо??? Зачем позвонила??» На просьбу представиться ответили «сначала скажи, что надо!” В 11 утра на меня наорали. День был испорчен, нужной услуги я не получила. Осталось мерзкое ощущение. Начните с себя и не ищите корень проблем в конкурентах
