Брала в этой фирме три экскурсии. Не буду описывать сами маршруты. Они живописны и содержательны. Хочу сказать об организации туров. Внимательное отношение к клиенту. Постоянная связь с оператором. Транспорт не очень высокого качества , но видимо это обусловлено местными особенностями. ( Большой автобус не везде проходит). Ездила с двумя экскурсоводами: Игорем и Натальей. Понравились оба. У Игоря интересная подача информации, хорошая дикция. От Натальи в восторге. Очень доступно и грамотно преподносит информацию.Своим позитивным настроем заряжает всю группу. Побольше бы таких специалистов. Спасибо всем за работу. Рекомендую. Гость из Крыма

Впервые встретила такое хамское отношение к потенциальному клиенту, на вопрос сколько будет стоить тур на 2 взрослых и 2 детей, сказали, я не знаю и РАДИ ВАС ЗВОНИТЬ НЕ БУДУ, а то вы толи поедите толи нет, а мне некогда👍 аут, если учесть что цена не самая низкая. Самостоятельно нашли более привлекательный вариант, с более вежливым менеджером!

Всем Добрый день! А мы однажды путешествовали с "Бюро экскурсий и путешествий"- и Алтайские горы, намного круче и красивее, завораживающе, чем Альпы, которые представляют собой сложную систему хребтов и массивов! И остались очень довольны, нашим путешествием, с доброжелательностью и теплом, к нам отнеслись. Мы обязательно вернемся. До скорых встреч.
