05.01.18 зашла в приглядеть себе что-нибудь,в тот момент работала Наталья. Сразу скажу,консультант оказалась мягко говоря не доброжелательной. В данный момент у всех крутые скидки и tous не исключение. Выбрав,я спросила,есть ли без дефектов сумочка,т.к. были не понятные пятна и царапины на ножках. Консультант Наталья ответила,это пятна от тонального крема,мол это вы только что лицо своё потрогали и пятна нанесли… Я не сдержалась и ответила,что я им не пользуюсь и как покупатель,не важно беру я весь со скидкой или без,хочу видеть вещь без нюансов. Наталья со мной была не согласна… Была и в других tous бутиках,и везде работают девушки более взрослые,уставшие и с легка предвзятым отношением… В итоге купила сумочку Guess) – показать
