Крайне разочарована сервисом. Заказ был сделан через Яндекс еда и я прождала целый час. В течение этого времени статус заказа висел как "готовится" и потом "ищем курьера", что давало надежду на скорую доставку. Каково же было мое удивление и раздражение, когда спустя час ресторан просто отменил заказ, заявив, что "не могут приготовить блюда". Это полное неуважение к времени клиента и абсолютно нелогично, учитывая, что заказ якобы почти уже был готов. Час ожидания впустую, и в итоге пришлось искать еду заново. Категорически не рекомендую

06.02.20 Зашли купить вопперов 2 за 199 по акции. По ходу дела кассирша заявила что акция закончилась и пробила 4 воппера по 195 за штуку. Служба поддержки гундит про какие то купоны, хотя везде идет активная реклама акции 2за 199 и про купоны там не слова, раннее в других ресторанах покупали по умолчанию без проблем. Более посещать это маргинальное заведение не планирую.

Заказал биг Кинг. Должно быть две катлеты. Дали с одной. Но сразу поменяли. И это не единичный случай в этой сети.
