сегодня 17.02.2024 примерно в 13:30 пришли с семей в заведение заведение. на кассе ждали минут 10, после вопроса к персоналу - когда нас обслужат?, получили ответ от сотрудника, что нас не обслужат так как она ода и очень занята, и предложила воспользоваться терминалом самообслуживания. Совок я не застал, но предполагаю что бургер кинг стремится к уровню обслуживанию общепита ссср.

Заказала еду с собой, положили только половину, а когда вернулась и попросила доложить все. Мне сказали что мы вам все положили. УЖАСНОООО!!!!!! НА КАЖДОМ ШАГУ ВРУТ! Я ЗА ЭТО ДЕНЬГИ ЗАПЛАТИЛА!!!!

Мы заказали пиво эфес оно кислое попросили поменять нам пиво. К Нам Подошла менеджер Инна сказала чо ничего не сможет сделать кроме как удаление чека. СДЕЛАЛА ВОЗВРАТ ДЕНЕГ, И ВСЁ!МЫ ОЧЕНЬ НЕ ДОВОЛЬНЫ СОТРУДНИКИ ОТТАЛКИВАЮТ СВОИХ ГОСТЕЙ И МЫ БОЛЬШЕ НЕ ХОТИМ ПРИХОДИТЬ В МЕТРО ДОМОДЕДОВО В БУРГЕР КИНГ!
