Сегодня купил двойной гамбургер с беконом, 2 большие картошки и большую миринду. Суть в том, что дурак не попробовал сразу, налил миринды и когда пришел домой - просто вкус какой то газированный воды. Не очень доволен, что все так вышло.

Купил два вопера по акции, и по человечески попросил налить горячей воды в стакан, отбить как чай, рядом с кассиром стояла Евгения, старший менеджер, не услышав просьбу о чае, она хамским тоном мне заявила, что Бургер Кинг в ТРЦ Ереван не может налить мне горячей воды, поскольку везде весят камеры и такую ответственность взять на себя она не может. И добавила, дескать покупайте за 70 рублей воду и пейте. Вопрос к руководству, почему Вы не обучаете старший персонал Бургер Кинг уважительному отнош ению к потребителям? Вот, испортила мне аппетит и настроение на весь вечер ((( – показать
