Питаюсь в этом БК часто, всегда в зале было чисто, быстро отдавали заказы. Сегодня 16.10.19, случился небольшой конфуз, заказал еду с доставкой, не донесли колу. Позвонил в службу доставки, все объяснил. В общем, мне позвонил менеджер или управляющий БК(не помню, честно), Кирилл. Очень приятный молодой человек, извинился, сказал, что я могу прийти в любой день и забрать колу вместе с компенсацией "бургером". Я естественно пошел сегодня же забирал. Моя оценка 5+ за хорошую работу персонала!
