Самая ужасная компания из всех Поставщиков. Взять в сравнение других поставщиков расходных материалов и комплектующих. В булате ужасные менеджеры. Это не менеджеры. Это операционисты, которые никогда ничего не знают. Профессиональности взаимодействия нет. Сроков нет. Если дают сроки, то никогда их не соблюдают, товар который есть на сайте по факту отсутствует. На запрос сроков поставки могут просто ответить «не знаю». Никогда не берут на себя ответственность за свои косяки, всегда есть кто-то к райний виноватый неизвестный человек. Если Вам нравится их продукция, приобретайте ее у представителей, там хотя бы есть вариант не нарваться на абсолютное хамство. – показать

Уважаемый Игорь!Мы сожалеем, что вы огорчены своим опытом работы с нами.Наши менеджеры действительно не отвечают за скорость поставок расходных материалов на наш склад, т.к. это является зоной ответственности отдела, не имеющего отношения к отделу продаж.Технические вопросы также не находятся в области компетенции менеджеров — для этого у нас постоянно работает отдел качества, который оперативно решает все возникающие вопросы в отношении продукции.К сожалению, вследствие распростра нения коронавирусной инфекции, «несоблюдение сроков» весной 2020 года стало повсеместным явлением для всех поставщиков, работающих с азиатскими производственными предприятиями.
