, в очередной раз покумаем булочки и попадается темный волос, брезгливо както и не приятно

Доброго дня, Ирина Наумова. Наши пекаря работают в спецодежде, включая колпаки. Вы всегда сможете воочию посмотреть внешний вид сотрудников. Они не скрываются в потайных углах производства. Нам конечно не приятно, что Вы не озвучили данную проблему руководителю пекарни и не предоставили данный экземпляр булочки для проработки на внутреннем собрании коллектива. Однако, в любом случае, приносим Вам свои извинения и готовы подарить любой комплимент от нашей пекарни. Если Вас не стеснит проявить себя, как нашего постоянного покупателя, ждем Вас в любое удобное Вам время для его получения. Нам дорог каждый гость! Жаль, что храбрости у всех хватает написать только жалобы, а у нас за 3 года работы большое множество благодарных покупателей, которые не стесняются выразить свои положительные эмоции, хоть и вслух...

Ужасное обслуживание! На вопрос "хлеб свежий?" так как было утро,мне грубо ответили, что вообще то все что без пакета свежее. На просьбу посоветовать вкусный хлеб,девушка мне сказала дословно "глупая просьба" и посмеялась! В итоге выбрала сама булку белого,который оказался совершенно не солёный!
