Нужно понимать, что это один из крупнейших книжных / канцелярских магазинов. Не стоит ожидать здесь дешёвых цен и эксклюзивного обслуживания. Вот сегодня при получении заказа из интернет магазина моему ребенку пытались объяснить что заказанная обложка 365*215 это тоже самое что 365*210, да и ещё и недовольство высказывали. Ну чтож, я не особо удивлен...

Магазин большой - единственный плюс. Продавцы работают отвратительно. Недовольные лица, отсутствие элементарных стандартов сервиса. При пробитие внимательно проверяйте заказ! Потому что обмен не делают, даже если с покупки не прошло часа. Я выбирая книгу, вторую положила рядом на полку. Определившись, пошла на кассу, оплатила покупку. Кассир отдал мне пакет. Через полчаса я обнаружила, что случайно взяла с полки другую книгу. Вернулась в магазин с просьбой обменять (даже цена книг одинаковая). Получила отказ в грубой форме. Я понимаю, что ситуация случилось из-за моей невнимательности, но продавцы выбрали самую негативную линию поведения. Могли бы и пойти на встречу, сделать обмен. Ну или хотя бы вежливо посочувствовать и объяснить что ничего не могут сделать. Они же просто грубо и безучастно ткнули пальцем на кассу, на которой размещена выдержка из закона. Прошу руководство компании внедрить стандарт обслуживания : продавец повторяет покупателю список его покупок для проверки. И провести беседу с сотрудниками о вежливости и индивидуальном подходе к покупателям.

Очень большой магазин. Очень большой ассортимент всего. Книги, сувениры, канцелярия. Тут можно найти подарок практически на любой праздник.
