Сотрудники очень дружелюбные, всегда здороваются, когда вы заходите, могут помочь в поиске или выборе книги. В магазине достаточно хороший ассортимент для книжного магазина. Но есть и свои минусы. Допустим если вы захотели купить книгу и постмотрели её цену на сайте Буквоед, то цена в магазине всегда будет выше, но можно схитрить: нужно просто заказать книгу с доставкой в удобный вам магазин, в таком случае цена будет такая же как и на сайте(доставка бесплатная). Стоит отметить, что часть товаров потёртая, изношенная, товары вскрыты, испачканы, но все же это меньшая часть товаров. Лично я заказываю книги через Лабиринт.ру, т.к. там ниже цены, да и пункт выдачи есть в Кировске. Магазин в целом неплохой, но не более.
