Разочаровалась!!! Пришли с ребёнком год и 9 месяцев на стрижку в салон «букля» на Ленинском. Были записаны на 18.00. Пришли во время, все кресла-машинки были заняты. Администратор салона переложила подождать. Сначала ребёнок терпеливо ждал поиграл, но через 20 минут нашего ожидания ребёнок начал психовать и просится сесть в машинку. Через 35 минут одна машинка освободилась и туда вместо моего ребёнка сажают другого, об'яснив это тем, что они по живой очереди долго ждут и предложили подождать ещ ё. Ужас!!! И это такое отношение к детям! Я понимаю кризис все хотят заработать, но это же дети((((!!! Маленький ребёнок ждал 40 минут в очереди и так и не дождался, нам пришлось уехать!!! – показать
