Добрый день ! Согласен с Nika Topuchkanova Безобразный сервис именно в Москве ! работает мошенники ! Привозят совсем другой заказ заказ вчера везли 5 часов ! Сотрудники не умеют отвечать на вопросы , хамят и не желают решать проблему . Цветы привезли завядшие и совсем другие ! Заказ выполнит «Повод найдется», г. Москва, Рижская площадь 9 стр.1 тел: +74955077991 sale_msk@findreason.ru Я предложил сегодня с утра мирно решить проблему ! Но люди е слышат (( Значит будут решать проблему в суде . И еще хочу пожелать сотрудникам этого салона что бы они всю жизнь или их девушки получали именно такой сервис ! А сайту Букедо сменить быдло-партнеров ! Так как в других городах такого хамства нет ...

Здравствуйте, Евгений. Искренне не понимаем причину обращения в суд. Были накладки с доставкой, поскольку в этот день отмечался праздник - День матери и сотрудники были очень загружены. Приносим извинения за это.

Отвратительный сервис, либо это мошенники!!! Никому не пожелаю с ними связываться!!!! Оформила заказ в 18 вечера, сейчас уже почти 12 часов ночи и они до сих пор ничего не доставили, хотя крайний предел был 23 вечера. И никто не позвонил и не объяснил причин, на мои звонки не отвечают, звонила несколько раз!!! Везде о вас напишу, то, что я о вас думаю!!!! Желаю вам обанкротиться в самое ближайшее время, чтобы как можно меньше за оставшееся время смогли обмануть людей!!!

Здравствуйте, Вероника. Заказ был доставлен вчера в 20:40, это время попадает в указанный вами интервал доставки с 20 до 23. Курьер сообщил, что получателю букет понравился и сообщил нам, что получательница возможно не поняла от кого букет, т.к она спросила кто получатель, а в открытке не было указано от кого. Приносим извинения, что не смогли своевременно уведомить вас о доставке. Мы начислили вам 100 бонусных рублей в личном кабинете в качестве компенсации.
