26.03.2020 позвонила узнать по справке, чуть не послали на три буквы. Даже слушать не стала женщина. Не представилась, ничего. Отправила в р. п. Знаменку, чтобы там заказывали справки. В итоге, в Знаменке, очень, кстати, милая женщина всё рассказала, подсказала. Но ехать заказывать все равно в Тамбове. По ходу к этой же сотрудница и попадём. Проведите инструктаж с сотрудниками о деловом этикете и правилам общения с населением. Посмотрю, что ещё будет при живом обращении

Здравствуйте, я жительница р.п.Знаменка Козодаева Елена Владимировна. Сегодня, 30.09.2019 г. попыталась обратиться на прием к сотруднице, которая ведет прием в р.п.Знаменка. Я вошла, поздоровалась и спросила как к ней обращаться, она мне не представилась и грубо ответила, при этом сидела вырезала какие-то бумажки- я пояснила что мне надо получить технический паспорт на жилое помещение, сбственник этого помещения умер и мы вступаем в наследство в судебном порядке. Сотрудница в грубой опять же форме что людям с улицы она ничего не будет делать и пусть обращаются наследники. Я ей еще раз попыталась донести- что суд будет посвящен выявлению и признанию этих самых наследников - в настоящее время наследником никто не признан. После этого она сказала,что не будет со мной работать и выпроводила из кабинета- я на прощание выразила сожаление, что именно она заменяем нашу Светлану Владимировну, которая напротив, всегда вливо и корректно обращалась с посетителями.Прошу разъяснить, как получить технический паспорт минуя вашу неадекватную сотрудницу? Или хотя бы справку выдайте для суда что БТИ не будет выдавать технический паспорт и по какой причине. С уважением Козодаева Е.В.
