Работаю с этой организацией уже более 10 лет! Высокопрофессиональные кадры. Бессменный руководитель! В основном специализируются на решении сложных вопросов, причем как частных так и муниципальных, государственных! В общем универсальная организация и не важно какой вопрос: спорная ситуация соседей, утеряны документы, либо документы далеко не в полном порядке, ну либо обычное оформление документов - все делают одинаково качественно! И самое главное широчайший спектр выполняемых работ и оказываемых услуг: от стандартных работ по изготовлению межевых и технических планов, до заключений кадастровых инженеров для суда!!! В Азове ни чего подобного не найти, да и в Ростове единицы конкурентов.

Заказали у данной компании замер дома. Исполнитель пунктуальный, сделал все быстро и в оговоренное время. Документы сделали быстро. Но. Через неделю после получения документов и передачи их в МФЦ им позвонили с кадастра. Они допустили ошибку. Моя жена, на которую все записано и оформлено сидит с ребенком инвалидом и приехать за исправленными документами не может. После звонка в эту компанию и долгого разговора с бухгалтером (директора на месте нет, утро ты мог подумать иначе) и попытки договориться забрать в выходной день мне, т.к. другого времени просто, она все одно и тоже повторяла, что по ТК РФ она не может вызвать сотрудника, чтобы передать мне документы, потому что ему придется платить внеурочные. Возмещать мои затраты на проезд из Ростов-на-Дону отказались. Ошибку допустили сотрудники компании, ответственность материальную и репутационную должны нести они! Компания не решает проблем которые она сама создаёт, не может на уступки клиенту и не несёт никаких моральных , этических и финансовых обязательств перед своими клиентами. Крайне не советую Вам обращаться к ним. Потерянное время, нервы и не дай бог что ещё. Директору совет относится к подбору кадров осознанно. Этот же отзыв направится в Роспотребнадзор.
