Девиз компании «комфорт от проживания», но по факту ты получаешь комфорт только на словах, а как только заезжаешь в дом это волшебное слово превращается в пыль! Начнем по порядку: 1. Новый дом, который только сдали, пошел трещинами на фундаменте…. 2. Соблюдать часы тишины установленные законом- не про бруснику! Доблестные строители позволяют себе шуметь в субботу ранним утром и будить целый квартал, да еще и так, что при закрытых окнах шума меньше не становится 3. Раскопать дорогу под окнами дома и засыпать просто огромную яму щебенкой, чтобы все машины застревали, ломали бампера, а жители, которые должны получать удовольствие от проживания, просыпались ночью от этого адского шума даже на 12 этаже 4. Ну и финалочкой шлифануть тем, что руководству компании фиолетово на жалобы и конечно же на комфорт жителей! Просто два месяца кормить завтраками «мы все передали руководству». Если вы действительно хотите получать удовольствие от проживания, то брусника вам вряд ли это обеспечит…. Решайте сами

Отзыв о квартале на Некрасова, где живу с 01.02.2024г.: 1.Зимой окна промерзают (на окнах лед при уличной температуре в феврале минус 20-26 градусов), температура стен и пола в двух комнатах не более 11 градусов, инженером по гарантии составлен Акт осмотра. Отопление в приложении "Умный дом" включено на максимум, при этом температура не поднимается выше 23 градусов. 2. Летом система кондиционирования не работает во всем доме. На улице +30 градусов, а кондиционеры выдают ошибку и не включаются. Подрядчик Брусники больше месяца не может устранить проблему. Номер обращений (заявок) для сотрудников брусники 20520758 от 12.02.2024г. и 21446759 от 11.06.2024г. Дополнение отзыва от 14.08.2024г.: По всем обращениям включая кондиционер ничего не изменилось. 31.07.2024 отправлена досудебная претензия Застройщику, ждем официальный ответ до 31.08.2024г.
