Пересмотрел своё отношение, лично для Ксении ✌ Для человека, который со школьной скамьи видел подобного масштаба ТЦ в Китае, Турции трудно сказать вау. Но, для Хабаровска это самый большой и современный ТЦ. Изначально в Хабаровске был первый НК Сити, но сейчас он стоит в сторонке. До СВО здесь были разные зарубежные фирмы, которые сейчас хотят вернуться, наверное их возвращение им должно дорого обойтись? Да, цены в этих магазинах были разные, но качество хорошее, та же Zara и Pull Bear. Взамен и пришли другие, но нет такого ажиотажа, чтобы по ним ходить. Из тех плюсов, что хочется посетить Броско, это кинотеатр, хотя в МаксиМолл по мне так он выигрывает в расстановке экрана, но проигрывает по кафетериям в Броско вкуснее готовят и выбор больше, это второй плюс. Броско маркет- выбор большой, Золотое яблоко - парфюм. Очень важно для всех ТЦ, это туалет, чем он современнее, тем больше хочется сюда прийти) Из-за удалённости ехать не всегда хочется, поначалу с парковкой была проблема, но когда достроили вторую часть, парковки хватает, свою попу протащить нужно. На счёт Волны- однозначно стоит того, очень понравилось, это не аквапарк, а зона релакса и отдыха и сравнивать с аквапарком нет смысла, но здесь достаточно для детей зоны отдыха, к тому-же есть несколько горок для взрослХабаровска. Так же различные комнаты саун, зона для взрослых, очень круто для Хабаровска.

Хороший тц, ходим с дочкой часто, нормальные магазины, неплохой фуд-корт, все чисто, приятно) единственно неоднократно пробивали по 2 раза одну и ту же позицию в «самбери», так что проверяйте чеки! И к сожалению в случае эвакуации, сориентировать не могут, как охранники, так и работающий персонал)
