Развод полный. Сумма заявленная при брони. Ни соответствует сумме после съёмки. Хамло а не администратор.

Об аренде студии договаривались за несколько недель, вечером за день до фотосъемки созванивались и уточняли все ли в силе. В итоге с утра нас не пустила охрана с объяснением, что тот, кто открывает студию еще не приходил на работу. Знаете почему не приходил? Потому что он там ночевал! И всё еще спит! В итоге мы пытались дозвониться по всем имеющимся у нас телефонам. Группа фотографирующихся у нас была большая, а время всё шло. Между прочим, оплаченное время. В итоге сонный голос всё таки ответил и сказал что разбирайтесь с охраной сами, я им не мать. Очень недружелюбно встретил нас и пригрозил, что после нас должно остаться также чисто, иначе он сделает наценку еще 50%. А то, что уже 20 минут назад мы должны были зайти - так это ваши проблемы.... Вообщем персоналом разочарованы очень, настроение было испорчено, сотрудник продолжал нам хамить и прирекаться с нами на входе и на выходе, видимо, жизнью обижен, а сама студия хорошая, хоть и ужасное местонахождение. Очень страшно взбираться по этим старым лестницам на 4 этаж.

Добрый день! Спасибо за отзыв. Мы обязательно проведём беседу с администратором и постараемся улучшить качество работы сотрудников. На будущее: обязательно указывайте количество человек на Съемке, так как, согласно правилам студии, при нахождении в зале более 10 человек аренда переходит в статус «мероприятие» и стоимость увеличивается вдвое.
