Достоинства: Ассортимент. Недостатки: Столкнулся с крайне неприятной ситуацией. Закупали в магазине 6 дверей одновременно и доставка была довольно большой. В процессе установки выяснилось, что есть повреждённые элементы и неисправна одна из ручек. Соответственно обратились в магазин для замены. В чём нам с успехом отказали. Сначала начали отфутболивать по разным инстанциям внутри себя, потом начали требовать какое-то непонятное заявление в какой-то только им известной форме "свободной", но на "свободную форму" в довольно грубой форме меня опять отфутболили. Придётся обратиться в Роспотребнадзор, так как с момента покупки ни о каких 14и днях речи не идёт. Ах да, на доставке нам продемонстрировали только двери.

Достоинства: хороший ассортимент Недостатки: при оформлении доставки выписали счет на одну сумму, а по факту при получении дверей взяли больше без объяснения Комментарий: хотелось бы чтобы сумма по документам заказа соответствовала сумме оплате по факту

Менеджер озвучивает только приблизительную стоимость доставки, исходя из фиксированной стоимости в пределах МКАД, километража за МКАД, запрашиваемых при оформлении заказа услуг, в частности подъёма. Точная стоимость доставки и подъёма определяется доставщиком на месте, исходя из объёма оказанных услуг, по прайсу. С уважением, Мария Служба контроля качества
