Сделали химчистку, залили таймер Webasto, только что поставленный, написала заявление в конце октября, тишина до сих пор! Мы приезжали и спрашивали, дошло ли мое заявление до руководства или нет, на что эти взрослые дяди жмут плечами. Так вот! Дорогие мои работники БратскШИНЫ, я убедительно Вас прошу связаться со мной или хотя бы связаться с Вашим (по всей видимости) не досягаемым директором! Кратко резюмируя все изложенное, что можно сказать: 1️⃣При оказании любых услуг в БратскШИНЕ, никакие договорные обязательства не подписываются! Что ставит потребителя в самую бесправную ситуацию!!! 2️⃣При оказании услуги, как химчистка салона, потребителю НЕ ОБЪЯСНЯЕТСЯ, какие манипуляции будут производится в салоне машины, мойщики НЕ УТОЧНЯЮТ О НАЛИЧИИ ДОП. ОБОРУДОВАНИЯ! 3️⃣Соотвественно, мойщики видимо без глаз и не видят, куда лить химию нельзя и никакой ответственности нафиг не несут! 4️⃣Полное безразличие, отношение как к обыденной ситуации у персонала! 5️⃣Итого, сие удовольствие вышло мне: 3.700 химчистка + 5.200 - это цена таймера, который мне придётся докупать заново, получается 8️⃣9️⃣0️⃣0️⃣₽! Люди, как Вы считаете, стоило ли химчистка таких удовольствий?! Призываю комплекс БратскШИНА к ответу! Можете уже ничего не возмещать, я хочу, чтобы данная история дошла до руководства! Дошла до других людей!!! Требуйте подписывать бумаги, требуйте объяснять Вам, обращайте внимание персонала на важные моменты!

Делал развал/схождение. После расчета не дали абсолютно никаких документов: ни кассового чека, ни распечатки с результатами. Вообще никакого подтверждающего документа. Т.е. если что-то случится, разбираться не с кем.
