С 2015 года ТСЖ «Бойцовая 22—6» противостоит рейдерскому захвату со стороны ГБУ «Жилищник района Богородское». Собственники осуществлявшие платежи ТСЖ, обращайтесь к Татьяне Петровне. Уже имеются установленные факты выдачи судебных приказов и взыскания судебными приставами задолженностей в пользу ГБУ, у законопослушных плательщиков ТСЖ, на крупные суммы, начисленные с 2015 года. Закон растоптан при полном попустительстве районных властей. Держите связь с соседями и руководством ТСЖ. Желтые и красные пугалки от «Жилищника» перестали быть пугалками, суд выдаёт Приказы о взыскании стремительно, на основании данных из ЕРЦ, куда сам же «Жилищник» их и отправляет. Если не успеете написать заявление на отмену в суд, вернуть взысканные средства будет непросто. Обязательно направьте в ГБУ заявление по образцу, иначе за вашими деньгами придут и действительно наложат арест на имущество: ищите в других отзывах, здесь ссылки -не информативный набор символов, читайте Рейдерский захват Управляющей компании на сайте ЧОП Илигория
