Отвратительная служба доставки! Заказала отправку посылки через Юлу. 9 ноября посылка была отправлена продавцом. 12 числа пришло оповещение, что посылку модно забирать с пункта выдачи. На пункте выдачи ее не оказалось, 13 числа посылки там тоже не было. Стала звонить на горячую линию, мне сказали, что курьер привез посылку, а пункт выдачи был закрыт И посылку отправили обратно на склад! И для того, чтобы ее повторно доставили - мне надо выбрать другой пункт выдачи! БОЛЬШОЙ ВОПРОС - Я ТУТ ПРИ ЧЕМ???? И почему я должна была сама это все выяснять??? Поменяли пункт выдачи, посылка уже неделю где-то катается или лежит. По обращению на горячую линию - стандартные заученные ответы операторов. Посылка на складе - перемещение до 7 дней. Почему я должна столько времени ждать посылку, если косяки совершают ваши сотрудники???? Почему должна ждать по 15 минут каждый раз на линии ответа оператора, который ничего вменяемого ответить не может? Посылку я до сих пор не получила, во вторник я уже уезжаю из города. На горячей линии отвечают, что срок доставки до среды. В вашу компанию я уже однозначно не обращусь, даже это будет единственный способ доставки. Но большое пожелание к руководству, хоть и большое сомнение, что оно это читает вообще, - наладить рабочий процесс и работу ваших сотрудников. Такого БЕЗОБРАЗИЯ уже даже на Почте России нет!!!! Пользуюсь их услугами 10 лет и таки проблем не возникало. Ваша служба доставки - просто что-то УЖАСНОЕ! Никому НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ пользоваться услугами данной конторы. Поберегите свои нервы. На качество тут никто не работает.
