Отправитель отправил из этого пункта один груз, а получателю пришел совсем другой, на упаковке по этикетке видно. что наклеили ее на следующий день, а не тогда когда пункт приема получил груз от отправителя. В итоге ущерб на ~50 т.р. и предстоят длительные разбирательства. Номер заказа 0000158375415

Пункт выдачи в шаговой доступности, персонал внимательный и вменяемый. Тесно, как и в любом пункте выдачи, но, несмотря на это сделали импровизированную кабинку для примерок, поставили стол, где можно рассмотреть получаемый товар. Приходится ждать, т.к. пункт популярный и редко, когда там нет посетителей. Скорость обслуживания не в ущерб внимательности - проволочек нет, но ни разу у меня не возникало впечатления, что накосячат и отправят не туда, а пользуюсь я пунктом достаточно часто. Да, кафе и комнат матери и ребенка не предусмотрено. И места для детской коляски тоже. И если кто планирует туда впереться с коляской и ребенком - знайте, что придется выйти всем и вынести стойку приемщика вместе с ним. Включайте иногда чувство реальности
