На этом пункте постоянные очереди (Ктровоградская 22г). Никакого уважения к посетителям. Стоим 2 человека, перед нами закрыли двери и начали разбирать посылки.

Больше никогда не буду пользоваться данной службой и никому не посоветую. Мой Заказ доставили до этого пункта 02.04.2020 г. на сайте и по телефону указано, что отделение работает до 21.00. 06.04.2020 г. в 20:45 приехал за заказом, нарушив самоизоляцию, а отделение закорыто! Звоню в службу поддержки, там сообщают, что в ближайшее время с вами свяжутся и принесут на дом. Сегодня 09.04.2020 г. со мной не связались, посылку не доставили, по телефону ничем помочь не могут, кроме как "посочувствовать" и предлагают продлить срок хранения на7 дней. Посылка уже потеряла свою актуальность.

Каждый клятый раз какой-то апокалипсис у них тут происходит. То света нет, оплаченный заказ не отдают, то очередь километровая (почти всегда), потому что только 1 не особо торопливый человек работает и на отправку и на выдачу. Сегодня вот тех. перерыв у них 30 мин о котором в графике работы ни слова, естественно. Ну серьёзно, или организуйте всё по-человечески, а не на от**бись, или закройте уже эту шарагу из фанеры.
