Метро Бабушкинская, первый вагон из центра. Примерное расстояние от метро до отделения - 50 метров. ТЦ "Камп". Павильон № 16, 2 этаж. Обычный офис, отправку оформили быстро. Выглядит при этом что сотрудница что сам пункт неопрятно.

Не первый год получаю заказы в этом пункте выдачи, работают отлично без нареканий. На выдаче сидят адекватные сотрудники. (Правда не раз наблюдала хамство со стороны клиентов и как они орут на операторов и что то требуют.Они тут при чем? В разных логистических службах свои правила при выдаче. Здесь же пункт выдачи, а не интернет магазин.)

Ужасная доставка и компания boxberrу,отпрваила товар через boxberry 14.12.2019г.товар не пришел покупателю ни через 2 дня ,ни через 3,5,и даже не пришел через 15 дней,покупатель отказался от товара,я просто обзвонилась им,дальше было хуже ,я звонила каждый день и требовала вернуть товар,раз за 15 дней они по москве не могут ни до покупателя доставить,ни до точки своего пункта,куда я его принесла ,в итоге вернули товар мне 13.01.2020,естественно клиент потерян,деньги тоже,и за месяц у меня на этот товар было 4 человека ,ничего мне не возместили ,писали мы с менеджерами boxberry претензию юристам boxberry,ответили они на нее 27.01.2020г. « мы вам ничего не должны,у нас были форс мажорные обстоятельства ,поэтому посылки задержались» ребята вы НОРМАЛЬНЫЕ,у вас прописано доставка по москве 2-3 дня ,посылки задержались в 1( один) МЕСЯЦ !!!! Я в шоке ,ничего мне не возместили,ни в коем случае не рекомендую такую компанию по доставки!!!! УЖАСНАя компания boxberry!!!!

В который раз отказались принимать посылку, и как обычно хамское отношение к клиентам

Здравствуйте, Александр. Отделение по адресу: г. Москва, ул. Менжинского, д.36, оф. 40 не принимает к отправке письма и посылки. Уточнить адреса отделений из которых возможна отправка, вы можете на сайте Boxberry: http://boxberry.ru/find_an_office/. Необходимо ввести название города, а далее установить фильтр: "отправить посылку". Вам будет предложен список отделений из которых возможна отправка.
