Дозвониться невозможно, 20 минут ждал ответа оператора. Не работают с 1 по 8 января. Это уже узнал от бумажки на двери.

Добрый день. Приносим извинения за длительное ожидание ответа и доставленные неудобства. В связи с увеличившимся количеством обращений в праздничные дни время ожидания на горячей линии могло быть увеличено. Действительно, отделение не работало с 01.01 по 09.01. Большинство отделений Боксберри являются партнерскими, поэтому график праздничных выходных устанавливался по согласованию с нашими партнерами. По этой причине мы не могли изменить режим работы пункта выдачи на свое усмотрение. Ранее график работы отделений в праздничные дни был размещен на нашем сайте: https://boxberry.ru/, чтобы получатели могли заранее предусмотреть, когда им удобно получить посылку. Благодарим вас за обращение.

В отделении отсутствуют весы. По правилам, макс вес посылки 15 кг, но взвесить при отправке невозможно, и, получается, вы взвешивая на глаз, рискуете, что отправление вернётся вам из сортировочного центра. Очень неудобно

Добрый день. Большинство отделений Боксберри являются партнерскими, поэтому отделения не имеют у себя в наличии весы. Деятельность нашей компании регулируется публичной офертой, согласно которой клиент обязан своевременно предоставить «Боксберри» полную, точную и достоверную информацию о свойствах и характере груза, условиях его перевозки, маркировке, весе (физическом/объемном), размере (длина/высота/ширина). По этой причине отправитель должен сдать отправление, которое соответствует допустимым габаритам к отправке. При приеме груза в отделении оператор указывает максимальный объемный вес. После того, как отправление поступает на склад оно проходит повторное взвешивание, и данные о весе посылки изменяются на корректные.
