Ужасное отношение к людям, которые пытаются отправить посылку по паспорту и трекинг коду. Муж работал, не было возможности отправить ее самому, попросил меня (его жену), в итоге оценивающий с ног до головы взгляд, и отказ со словами "от куда я знаю, от куда вы взяли этот паспорт?". Серьезно? В инструкции на Авито написано "2. Покажите паспорт, назовите службу доставки Boxberry и номер: 0000156864322" Где тут написано, что надо чтобы именно человек показал свой паспорт? В отделении на Дзержинского я спокойно отправляла посылки от имени мужа, а тут "вот где отправляли, туда и идите! У нас другие инструкции". Серьезно? Представители Boxberry, у вас разные инструкции для разных отделений что ли? Вижу мой комментарий не единственный негативный, который говорит о том, что люди в этом отделении работают мерзотные. Я лучше буду ходить туда, где не будет лишних негативов, чем в это отделение, несмотря на то, что они ближе всех к дому. И второй момент. Я же не получаю эту посылку, а отправляю!!! Какие могут быть тут мошеннические действия?! Мне не понятно.

Отказываются выдавать посылку без паспорта, загранпаспорт и водительское удостоверение по мнению сотрудницы удостоверение личности не является. Причём паспортные данные не сверяют. Лишь бы была фамилия в бумажке правильная. Документ она не смотрела даже.

Добрый день. Посылки от физических лиц выдаются по коду или строго по паспорту. Уточните, пожалуйста, номер вашего отправления для проверки сведений.
