3 дня пытался получить заказ! мало того, что работают до 18:00, так еще и уходят раньше времени. И как уже говорилось, найти их очень тяжело, ни одной таблички, ни графика работы итд!

Оператор долго работает , время ожидания 6 мин , также срывают сроки доставки на 46%,оператор требует паспорта при получении посылки, хотя этого не требуется. Также оператор спрашивает какого размера его посылка, также грубо разговаривает. трек номера (например SHP3836482) сейчас вообще не отслеживаются ни в одной программе ,раньше все работало, например trackchecker, уведомления только по почте и смс - так можно и посылку свою потерять, сроки доставки тоже выше положенных на 13%, радует только стоимость доставки. Время работы пункта можно увеличить до 20ч ,а не 18 ,очень рано закрывается, причем уведомление о приходе заказа пришло после того как участок уже закрылся- как так? в общем есть куда стремится . фирмы нет на 2 гис, пришлось писать им чтобы добавили. видимо этому отделению плевать на клиентов. на ямашева намного лучше -учитесь у них .
