Ужасное отделение, несколько раз заказывала боксберри через этот пункт, то найти посылку не могут, то очередь большая, то у них то нельзя, то это.. сначала требуют паспорт, возвращаюсь домой за ним, в сл раз говорят не надо, уже определитесь! Слишком много каких-то правил, что-то придумывают, и вечно отмазываются что их якобы штрафуют, за что непонятно. В других отделениях и фото паспорта достаточно при отправки посылки авито, эти требуют оригинал, и ничего от туда не заносят. И обслуживают клиентов очень долго, тупят с программой вечно, один раз ждала 40 минут, потому что они оформляли кому-то кредит на телефон. Больше я никогда ничего заказывать и отправлять именно с этого пункта не буду, и не советую остальным.
