Обычный пункт выдачи, кто бы мог подумать, что я потрачу ЧАС! Пришла забрать зубную щетку перед работой. В очереди три человека, я четвёртая. У клиента впереди меня произошла проблема, ее товар был перемещён и получить она его не может. Сотрудник молча и не пытаясь решить проблему только ворчал на технику, которой не умеет пользоваться. Научите сотрудника делать скрин экрана компьютера и обращаться по запросу в отдел поддержки! По итогу, я не получила свой заказ и не получу его, тк. срок хранения с 27 марта по 2 апреля, а пункт выдачи до 5 апреля не работает. Характеристика сотрудника: Сотрудник ели-ели шевелился, тяжело вздыхал, печатал одной рукой по одной букве. Потом и во все приехала поставка товара, что спровоцировало милую беседу сотрудников из разряда, раз Путин приказал всем отдыхать, че ж товар приходит и так далее. Отсутствие элементарных знаний работы с ПК. А также понимание, что такое сервис и обслуживание клиентов. Спасибо за испорченное настроение.

Прихожу в 10, а у этой бедненькой ПЕРЕРЫВ? Не перетрудилась? Работает хреново. Ходит по посылкам, пинает их. Посылки ищет пол часа, если не больше. Ждала 1 час, пока она разберётся с 1 ЧЕЛОВЕКОМ. ОЧЕРЕДЬ НА ТОТ МОМЕНТ СОСТАВЛЯЛА 8 ЧЕЛОВЕК.

Точка выдачи Генерала Кузнецова 15к1 открывается не по расписанию. Контактного телефона узнать когда кто-либо придёт нет. Дозвониться с 10 утра 27.05.19 оператору не возможно (ожидание 13 минут) Очень не качественный сервис.
