Купили газовый котел "Будерус",выбирала более качественный котел и остановилась на этой марке. Читала отзывы,они были только положительные. Котел отработал год,(гарантия 2года) и начал гудеть при включении на горячую воду. Вызвали мастера,сказал,что полетел вторичный теплообменник,купили,заменили,та же самая картина,теперь сказали, что первичный теплообменник, а цена у котла ОГОГО!Складывается мнение,что втюрили Б/У. Он оставался последним на складе,на звонки не отвечают.

Теплообменник скорее всего полетел из-за воды, к сожалению, ее качество зачастую оставляет желать лучшего. У самого Будерус уже 2,5 года, с телообменником все нормально, но думаю скоро нужно будет провести чистку. Для профилактики лучше установить фильтр, который снижает загрязнение.

Работают только под заказ , только по предоплате. Прийти и купить нельзя, выставочного зала нет, товара на складе нет . Смысл продажи сводится к перепродаже с центрального склада со своей наценкой . Но цены у них отличные и, в отличие от других магазинов, продают они все (а не только инструменты), даже запчасти . В списке дилеров их почему-то нет , но если позвонить на центральную линию Робер Бош по какой-то редкой примочке, то отправлют для заказа именно сюда. Сайт список запчастей с ценами на отражает , но консультант все чётко находит. Мне запчасти на 45т приехали за 2 дня после оплаты!
