Занимаются выкачиванием денег, а не ремонтом. Масса платных(бесполезных) диагностик. Технологическая мойка после которой замерзли замки. Заехал 04.01.2020 по поводу ремонта машины УАЗ. Сказали ,что сегодня мастера который разбирается в УАЗах нет.Будет завтра. Приехал к 10 утра 05.01.2020. Машину загнали в сервис, подняли на подъёмник, осмотрели. Подошел мастер и сказал ,что нужна дополнительная диагностика на стенде. Машину вывезли из помещения сервиса.На вопрос сколько време надо на диагностику, ответили полтора - два часа.Почему так долго? Сначала машину проверяет компьютер, а потом мастер в ручную перепроверяет(пересчитывает) за компьютеррм!?!?!?!СУПЕР! Оставил машину, уехал домой.Обещали перезвонить как разберутся. Перезвонили в шесть вечера.Нашли неисправность, но сегодня не зделают.А завтра спросил ,Я? ... Скорее всего нет, надо проверить наличие запчастей и т.д. Приехал,забрал машину. Потерял целый день, 1900 руб.(ЧУДО диагностика +технологическая мойка(замёрзжие замки)). Оценка ноль. НЕ СОВЕТУЮ!!!

Мы действительно стараемся тщательно подходить к этапу диагностики, чтобы ничего не упустить и обеспечить клиентам безопасное движение на дорогах без неожиданностей. В отзыве Вы не указали, какая именно неисправность была обнаружена. В каждом случае все индивидуально и в вашем случае данная задержка была оправдана.
