Подбирали для жены Mini Hatch JCW. Была всего одна машина в нужной нам комплектации и нужном цвете в Москве в БорисХоф Юг. Общались с менеджером удаленно, так как проживаем в СПб. Заказали дополнительно оклейку пленкой капота, фар и ручек дверей. Заранее договорились о подарках от автодилера в виде защиты картера и сетки для решетки радиатора. Менеджер по телефону еще раз уточнил про подарки перед тем как мы должны были приехать на выдачу. Заранее (за пару недель) оговорили день выдачи автомобиля. По итогу, приехав в Москву за авто уже на выдаче обнаружили, что сетку радиатора не установили. Авто выдавал совсем другой менеджер, а не тот, что вёл с нами переговоры (наш менеджер уволился, как нам сказали). На вопрос как же так, внятного ответа не получили. Машину забрали, но загнав ее на подъёмник выяснили, что защиты картера тоже нет. Я не знаю чья это вина, самого менеджера или так в принципе работает автосалон, но осадок остался неприятный. Пригнали авто в СПб, доустановили сетку и защиту. Будьте внимательны.
