Срочно вызвали в командировку, но родители были в отпуске, а с собой брать животных не мог. У меня два британских короткошерстных кота, поэтому отношение к ним должно быть очень бережное: либо заболеют, либо проблемы с шерстью возникнут. Выбрала эту гостиницу, чему очень рада: и сервис на высоте, и качество видео онлайн-трансляции хорошее, так и свои миски и коробку можно принести свои, чтобы котам было легче адаптироваться. Я брала номер на двоих: площадь лишь 3 кв. м на двоих, считаю, что мало, но терпимо из-за хорошего ухода за животными.

Оставляли своих котов в этой гостинице. Все прошло отлично! Внимательные котоняни, видеонаблюдение и связь по WhatsApp’s! Спасибо! Теперь и мы ваши постоянные клиенты. UPD 12.09.2019 : не долго пробыли постоянным клиентами похоже. Вернули после передержки 1 кг сухого корма влажным. На претензию реагируют странно: «ничего не знаем, он такой и был».

К выбору гостиницы для нашей Дуси,отнеслись с особым трепетом,потому что до этого не оставляли ее одну,в чужой атмосфере. Данная гостиница показалась нам очень надежной ,поэтому мы выбрали именно ее. На протяжении 10-ти дней, котоняни с любовью и заботой относились к моей любимице, кормили в срок соблюдая все мои требования, в вацап отвечали на все интересующие меня вопросы,а так же отправляли фотографии играющей Дуси! Так же порадовало, наличие видеонаблюдения, благодаря ему я спала спокойно и не переживала за свою красавицу! Спасибо,за бережное отношение, теперь только к вам!

Гостиница европейского уровня. Номера просторные, которые действительно можно назвать номерами. Радует чистота в гостинице, а также тщательный уход за животным. Нам все понравилось.

Оставляли котиков на новогодние праздники в гостинице и нисколько не пожалели. Персонал оказался очень дружелюбный, сразу видно, что любят свою работу. Также очень порадовало круглосуточное видеонаблюдние, можно в любое время проследить, чем заняты любимые питомцы))
