Безмерно благодарна сотрудникам магазина! Недавно в очередной раз покупала у них салют в подарок, подсказали и помогли выбрать из огромного ассортимента именно то, что было нужно. Гости в восторге!!! Отличный магазин, с хорошим выбором и четким обслуживанием. Всем рекомендую. Ребятам еще раз огромная благодарность!!!

29 ноября сделал заказ 409. В течение двух дней приходили отчеты о статусе заказа. Затем тишина(ни счета, ни карты для оплаты.Оператор так же, не звонил.). 4 декабря решил поинтересоваться, что по поводу моего заказа. И тут началось что то интересное. В ответ на моё сообщение, приходит уведомление что заказ отменен. Это меня очень заинтересовало, и решил позвонить в данную контору. Звоню… отвечает мужской голос. Спрашиваю — мне пришло уведомление что мой заказ отменен, почему?(ХОЧУ ОТМЕТИТЬ — что номер своего заказа я не озвучил.)На что ответ--вашим заказом занимается другой оператор и он Вам в ближайшие время перезвонит.(как он определил кто занимается моим заказам, если даже не спросил номера заказа. Это конечно интересно:)). Но думаю что он им и занимался....). По итого звонка так и не последовало(сегодня 13.12.2017г)Так что не советую покупать на bonabuy.ru. Это только терять свое время, и нервы.... – показать

Добрый день! Заказ 409 был отменен еще 4 ноября из-за доставки в Красноярск, т.к. доставка в регионы осуществляется только при заказе от 10 000 руб.

Только у них нашел в наличии салют «Папа может», сделали доставку в день заказа. Рекомендую!
