Это трэш, 28.12.19 сделали заказ с сайта. Заказ сформирован, всё отлично. Через 1-2 часа перезвонили, сказали заказ собрали ждём. 30.12.19 заехали забрать заказ. А тут сюрприз, Ваш заказ продали. И больше такого нету. Это признаки работы разгильдяев! Ни ногой больше в эту халабуду.

Добрый день !!! когда и где делали заказ ? хотя бы сумму. когда пришли за ним ??? Вы заказали 28 го а сказали что вы придете 30 го ???? 2 дня ждать в пик сезона продаж конечно никто не будет ( если вы не говорили что надо отложить )

Было чётко сказано, что за товаром я приду, что с суммой и товаром я ознакомлен и согласен. О сроках хранения заказа никто и ничего не промолвил и слова! Весь смысл тогда в вашем интернет магазине. Ах да, забыл сказать, что цена в интернет магазине и в рознице отличаются на 30% не меньше. Продолжайте дальше дурить, обманывать, и относиться к клиенту как к потенциальному кошельку. Удачи в работе. К сожалению вынужден поменять Вас на ваших конкурентов.

Хотел по благодарить сотрудников магазина, а именно Сергея и Дениса, парни реанимировали мою коляску и вернули в строй. Респект! Также в преддверии нового года вы можете посетить магазин "Большой праздник" предлогает широкий спектр товаров и услуг. И самое главное, что немало важное в наше время, это отношения клиенту, к потребителю. Внимательность, вежливость и профессионализм. Делают как для себя! Респект, так держать! Приходим не стесняется !
